PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

The management of your investment is handled by another part of the Rolston Group, Residential Rentals Ltd. This company considers itself to be very innovative in its approach to the management of the client's properties, and has systems set up to ensure that all tenants are screened in every way. This screening process ensures that the landlords and their properties are protected, to allow the best possible investment returns, enhancing the life of the investment.

The company is also committed to their tenants and will ensure that their fundamental right to peaceful enjoyment of their chosen home will always be upheld, and that the relationship with them will always be one of openness and honesty.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Further to the management of your investment property the Rolston Group provides a property management programme.

On completion of the construction of your investment property, you are taken through the home with a representative of the company, to ensure you are totally happy with the finished product.

Residential Property Investments Ltd provides a building maintenance period  from the date of completion and will repair or replace any faulty inclusions. Thereafter building maintenance is carried out based on the regular property inspections conducted by Residential Rentals Ltd. Arrangements are made with the tenants to organise a suitable time to undertake any repairs and to ensure that the tenants are kept happy at all times.

Lawn and garden maintenance is an important part of the street appeal of your property. Under our Property Management Agreement we make the tenant responsible for all ground maintenance and our property managers inspect this aspect of their tenancy on a regular basis.
